At STL Authentics, we want you to represent your team with pride; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports apparel or memorabilia you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing box, ensuring all original hangtags and holographic stickers are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
